Principal Architect

Responsibilities:

- Architecture Design: Architect and implement sophisticated testing frameworks and environments, incorporating the latest in Automation and DevOps methodologies

- Test Data Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing test data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive stakeholders across Development, Product, Business and QA to align QA strategies with business objectives and secure buy-in for advanced technology implementations.

- Leadership & Advocacy: Champion the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies, providing guidance and leadership across QA teams.

Qualifications:

- Domain experience across multiple verticals Retail, BFSI, HiTech etc.

- Understanding of all parts of the QA Lifecycle Functional, Automation, Performance, Reliability, Accessibility

- Experience with a RPA tool is a plus, but not essential.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence Senior Technical Stakeholders.

- Excellent understanding of Agile processes like Scrum, Kanban

- At least 10 years of professional experience in QA and testing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior technical consulting or architectural position focused on test automation.

- Expertise in test strategy formulation and execution, test automation, and QA methodology.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing test automation architectures within complex IT environments

- Hands on experience with cloud (AWS Preferred), DevOps, and Microservices architectures

- Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, RestAssured, SuperTest, Leapwork, Tosca

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Javascript, Python, Java, or Ruby, particularly in a testing context.

- Strong Knowledge of Test Data Management practices and SQL based DBs. NoSQL would be

a plus, but not essential.
