Description
We are looking for a Salesforce GTM (Sales, Marketing cloud) Lead to drive the delivery, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce Sales and Marketing solutions. In this role, you will combine technical and functional expertise with a strong business-facing orientation to support project execution, enhancements, releases, and technical debt management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, lead initiatives, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and contribute to building scalable, efficient, and reliable Salesforce platforms in a global environment. Your key responsibilities will include leading the delivery of Salesforce Sales and Marketing solutions across projects, enhancements, and releases, ensuring alignment with business priorities and quality expectations. You will take ownership of end-to-end initiatives, collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and drive successful solution adoption. Additionally, you will identify and proactively address technical debt, drive system stability initiatives, process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced user experience. You will also facilitate effective communication across global teams (US and India), participate in technical discussions, provide regular project and task status updates, and serve as a key point of escalation for delivery and operational issues. Furthermore, you will contribute to DevOps and release management practices, encourage a collaborative approach within cross-functional teams, and continuously enhance technical skills through the adoption of best practices and new technologies. Qualifications & Skills: - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing clouds in fast-paced, global organizations - Proven experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Java - Strong functional understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes - Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms - Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration strategies - Experience in delivering enhancements, releases, and addressing technical debt within Salesforce platforms - Proactive and solution-driven mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones - Familiarity with DevOps principles and involvement in CI/CD and release automation frameworks - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field - Salesforce certifications are an advantage Preferred Skills: - Working knowledge of Community Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ - Exposure to integration between Salesforce and boundary systems - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and automation platforms - Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and contribute to process optimization and delivery excellence,
