Description
The position of Oracle CSS - Advanced Customer Services-Oracle SAAS/FINANCE/Cloud Principal Analyst requires a Functional Support Analyst with a technical background in the Fusion ERP Suite of products. As a Functional Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service support, tracking incidents, diagnosing, replicating, troubleshooting, and resolving complex and critical cases. Your role will focus on troubleshooting and resolving highly complex techno-functional problems to drive complete resolution of service incidents. Your daily tasks will involve utilizing high-level techno-functional skills, Oracle product knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise. You will have the opportunity to work with both Cloud and On-Premise customers by advising on complex use of Oracle products, resolving critical issues, managing customer problems, and serving as a Situation Manager on sensitive issues. Additionally, you will consult with management to direct the resolution of critical customer situations and facilitate knowledge transfer through formal team training sessions. Qualifications: **Must-Have Skills:** - 9+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, or upgrading Oracle EBS suite of products with at least one implementation experience on SaaS ERP Finance AR, AP, GL, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets, etc. - Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice to customers - Proficiency in reading and deciphering software Log and Trace files for problem resolution - Conducting functional testing as per business requirements with appropriate test scripts - Conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions **Nice to Have Skills:** - 9 to 12 years of experience in implementing, supporting, or upgrading Oracle SaaS Fusion Financials - Hands-on configuration experience on Fusion Accounts Receivables Cloud, Fusion GL, Accounting Hub, Expenses, Cash Management - Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture, setup manager, activities, FBDI, OTBI reports development, external data integration services, Chinese localizations, and Security setup - Experience in PL/SQL, XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA, Web Services, and other related areas In addition to technical skills, you are expected to exhibit effective analytical and organizational skills, have a good command of spoken and written English, interact directly with customers, seek innovative ways to improve solutions delivery, and maintain a strong learning orientation to deliver value to customers. You should have experience in Managed Services, client relationship management, offshore delivery management, project/program management, and contributing to business growth. Communication skills, teamwork, willingness to learn new technologies, ability to work in rotational shifts, and manage a large team are also essential for this role.
