Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus is to provide post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base. You will serve as an advocate for customer needs by resolving post-sales non-technical inquiries through phone and electronic communication channels. Additionally, you will address technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, you will also offer guidance and assistance to internal Oracle employees in handling diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an Advisory Systems Engineer, demonstrating expertise in solving highly complex and critical customer issues within the problem-solving/avoidance team. - Work autonomously to manage and resolve customer inquiries, providing regular updates to management on customer status and technical matters. - Offer expert technical advice to customers and Oracle employees, being a sought-after resource for resolving technical challenges.
