As a Primary Wing Coordinator, your role involves managing the daily operations of the primary school wing to ensure effective functioning, implement strategies for efficiency, and act as a point of contact for communication and problem-solving. You will oversee curriculum implementation, teacher performance, and parent-teacher interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Coordinate daily activities, manage schedules, and oversee workflow within the primary wing. - Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between teachers, staff, parents, and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration. - Curriculum & Instruction: Potentially be involved in curriculum development, implementation, and monitoring to ensure alignment with school guidelines and best practices. - Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff, which may include recruitment and onboarding. - Parent Engagement: Organize parent-teacher meetings, academic presentations, and address parental concerns. - Problem Solving & Improvement: Identify and resolve issues, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. - Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, progress, and performance, and prepare reports as needed. - Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to school policies and regulations. - Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in relevant professional development opportunities.
