Job Purpose:

To facilitate the holistic development of students from Grades 1 to 5 by delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, promoting creativity, discipline, and a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons in core subjects (English, Math, EVS/Science, Social Studies) based on the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE as applicable).
• Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
• Create a classroom culture that is inclusive, supportive, and respectful of all students.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and materials to meet the learning needs of students.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly through formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians through PTMs, written correspondence, and informal meetings.
• Participate in school events, field trips, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff to enhance the teaching-learning process.
• Stay updated with developments in education and participate in professional development programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
• Prior teaching experience in primary grades preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young learners.
• Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, Smartboard use, online learning platforms).

Desirable Attributes:

• CTET/State TET qualification.
• Experience with integrated and activity-based learning.
• Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
