Good Luck Institute is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students in primary classes, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary students (Classes 1-5) in accordance with the curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.- Foster strong communication with parents regarding student development.- Encourage students' curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills.- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning and school activities.- Participate in events, co-curricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.- Contribute to maintaining a positive and disciplined school atmosphere.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed)/ NTT/D.El.Ed or relevant qualification preferred.- Freshers can also apply.- Strong understanding of child psychology and modern teaching methodologies.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle diverse learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.- knowledge of English and/or local languages as required for instruction.
