As a Primary Teacher, your role involves providing quality education to students from grades Pre to 5, teaching, mentoring, and preparing them for exams and academic success. - Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with academic objectives and the prescribed curriculum. - Teach relevant subjects for grades Pre to 5, adapting methodologies to meet student requirements. - Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, workbooks, presentations, and assignments. - Conduct regular tests, assignments, and projects, assess student work, and provide timely feedback. - Mentor, motivate, and assist students in exam preparation while tracking their progress. - Maintain discipline and foster a positive classroom environment to enhance active participation and learning. - Collaborate with fellow teachers, engage in staff meetings, training sessions, and school/center events. - Communicate student performance and development updates with parents. - Maintain attendance, grade, and progress records for each student. - Support students academically and personally, offering career guidance as needed.
