Secondary Teacher

Job Overview
The Secondary Teacher provides quality education on all major subjects (English, Social Science,Hindi, etc.) to students from grades 5 to 10. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for board exams and their academic success.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to academic objectives and the prescribed curriculum for up to grade 10.

Teach relevance subjects relevant to grades 5–10, adapting methodologies to suit student requirements.

Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, workbooks, presentations, and assignments.

Conduct regular tests, assignments, and projects, assess students’ work, and provide timely feedback.

Mentor, motivate, and help students prepare for exams and track their progress.

Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment to encourage active participation and learning.

Collaborate with other teachers and participate in staff meetings, training, and school/center events.

Communicate with parents about student performance and development.

Prepare and maintain attendance, grade, and progress records for each student.

Support students both academically and personally and offer career guidance when needed.

Qualifications and Skills
12th or above

Deep knowledge of subjects across grades 5–10.

Excellent communication and motivation skills.

Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology.

Strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
