Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum and foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment through interactive and hands-on activities.
• Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, songs, play, and visual aids to facilitate learning.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help children develop social skills through group activities and structured play.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure each child’s well-being and development.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of child development and early learning theories.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teaching young children.
• Basic computer skills to prepare learning materials and communicate with parents.
• Familiarity with play-based and inquiry-based learning methods.
• Ability to manage classroom activities and handle multiple children with care and empathy.
