Primary School Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher with a strong background in English. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching young learners, and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. Candidates with or without prior teaching experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to primary school students using interactive and child-friendly methods.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that are aligned with the school curriculum.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare educational materials, worksheets, and activities suited to young learners.
• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
• Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and training programmes.
• Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Ed degree is mandatory.
• Major in English or strong proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the school’s academic team.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, digital learning tools) are an advantage.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in teaching (not mandatory).
• Ability to design engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to modern teaching methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
