Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher with a strong background in English. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching young learners, and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. Candidates with or without prior teaching experience are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Teach English to primary school students using interactive and child-friendly methods. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that are aligned with the school curriculum. Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere. Assess and monitor students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Prepare educational materials, worksheets, and activities suited to young learners. Maintain effective classroom management and discipline. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behaviour. Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and training programmes. Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students. Required Qualifications & Skills B.Ed degree is mandatory. Major in English or strong proficiency in the English language. Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written). Strong classroom management skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching children. Ability to work collaboratively with the school’s academic team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, digital learning tools) are an advantage. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in teaching (not mandatory). Ability to design engaging lesson plans and activities. Willingness to learn and adapt to modern teaching methodologies.
