Job Description

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Take inbound calls, handle multiple web-chats and respond to customer email
Ability to engage and empathize with customer. Problem solving skills
Drafting of notes in the system to accurately record customer interaction
Follow up with internal and external parties
Ownership of call outcome
Ability to clearly identify and solve new problems that arise
Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Experience in handling difficult situations
Attention to detail
Effective time management, prioritization skills and organization skills
Target oriented, detail oriented, and customer centric
Research projects, collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams• Adept in MS excel, PPT and word.

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree in any discipline
6months - 3 years international client handling experience.
Experience into research mandatory, primary preferable
Must be okay with rotational shifts majorly night shifts with be there
