Primary Research Analyst

Shift: Rotational Shifts (as per Project Requirements) | Sat–Sun Fixed Off

Job Role:
We are hiring a Market Research Analyst – CATI to conduct primary research through telephone interviews using CATI systems. The role involves collecting accurate data, following survey scripts, and ensuring high-quality respondent interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone interviews using CATI methodology
• Collect and record accurate survey responses
• Follow questionnaire guidelines and quality standards
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior CATI/primary research experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
