Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the schools curriculum and learning objectives.
Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, logical reasoning, and confidence in mathematics.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources (including hands-on activities, visual aids, and digital tools) to meet diverse learning needs.
Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate math learning across subjects where appropriate.
Ensure classroom discipline and uphold the schools behavioral expectations.
Encourage creativity, teamwork, and a love for learning in students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mathematics
Mandatory B.Ed degree
from a recognized university.
Minimum 5
years of teaching experience
in a reputed school (preferably CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum).
Strong command over mathematical concepts and ability to simplify complex topics.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools in teaching.
Passion for working with young learners and nurturing their academic growth.
