Primary Homeroom Teacher

As a Primary Homeroom Teacher for Grade 1/2, your role includes creating an engaging, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment for young learners. You will be responsible for the holistic development of students, focusing on academics, values, and life skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum. - Teach core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) while integrating creative teaching methods. - Foster reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills. - Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning. - Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, projects, and periodic evaluations. - Maintain accurate records of student performance and share feedback with parents. - Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities. - Encourage curiosity, creativity, discipline, and social responsibility in students. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate with Subject Specialization + B.Ed. - Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience The company offers benefits like Provident Fund.
