Job Title: Primary Hindi Teacher (with Telugu Proficiency)

Location: VIBHA SCHOOL, KISTAPUR,MEDCHAL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Hindi Teacher who can effectively teach Hindi to primary grade students. The candidate must be proficient in Telugu (reading, writing, and speaking) as it is essential for effective communication with students and parents. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, child-centric teaching methods, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for primary classes.
• Develop age-appropriate teaching materials, worksheets, and activities.
• Foster interest in the Hindi language through interactive and activity-based learning.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with parents (in Telugu) regarding student performance and progress.
• Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure holistic student development.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and language-based programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in Primary Grades is desirable.
• Proficiency in Telugu (compulsory) – both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

Skills Required:

• Excellent command over Hindi language (reading, writing, grammar, and communication).
• Fluency in Telugu for communication with students and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in handling young children.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position within the school campus.
• Working hours as per school schedule.
• Additional duties during school events and examinations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,438.37 - ₹24,101.18 per month
