Job Title: Primary Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Coordinator to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the primary section (Classes Nursery to V). The ideal candidate should be an excellent academic leader with a passion for early and foundational learning, team management, and innovative pedagogy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning and implementation of curriculum and teaching strategies in primary grades. Supervise and support primary teachers through regular observations, feedback, and training. Ensure age-appropriate academic planning aligned with board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). Monitor student progress and ensure timely assessments and reports. Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school leadership for effective communication and student support. Organize co-curricular activities, competitions, and events for holistic development. Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment across primary classes. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in primary grades; 1–2 years in a leadership role preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of child-centric teaching methodologies and school operations.
