Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of academic delivery for the primary section (e.g., Grades 1–5 or equivalent).
Coordinate curriculum implementation and alignment with school/board standards and policies.
Monitor student progress, achievement data and help identify support or extension needs.
Work with teachers on pedagogy, resource usage, teaching practices and professional development.
Liaise with central/board committees, management, and head office for policy, reporting and compliance.
Manage and oversee academic‑administrative tasks: documentation, assessment schedules, grade transitions, communication with parents, teacher loads, etc.
Support events and programmer relevant to primary section: parent‑teacher meetings, orientation, competitions, co‑curricular activities, school assemblies.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, positive learning environment for students and staff.
Mentor, support and supervise teaching staff in the primary section; foster teamwork and staff engagement.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management/leadership team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
