Primary and KG Teacher - Hindi and all Subjects

Primary School Teacher Job Summary:

Any Female primary school teacher is responsible for delivering quality education to young children, typically ages 5 to 11, in a supportive and engaging classroom environment. The teacher will plan and deliver lessons across a variety of subjects, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Delivery:
• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in subjects such as Math, English, Science, Social Studies, Art, and Physical Education.
• Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
• Use various teaching methods, including interactive, hands-on, and technology-assisted approaches.
• Assessment & Evaluation:
• Monitor and assess students’ progress through regular testing, assignments, and observations.
• Provide constructive feedback on student work, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and development.
• Plan and conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Implement behavior management strategies and ensure a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
• Encourage good behavior, cooperation, and teamwork among students.
• Student Support & Development:
• Identify and support students who require additional help, including those with special educational needs.
• Foster students’ social and emotional development, guiding them through challenges and successes.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Professional Development:
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and new educational trends.
• Attend school meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and grade homework, tests, and other assignments.
• Maintain classroom records, including attendance and lesson plans.
• Participate in school-wide events, activities, and extracurricular programs when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent certification for the specific country).
• Experience: Prior experience teaching in a classroom environment (preferably at the primary school level).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt lessons and teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time role (typically Monday through Saturday).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
