Primary Academic Coordinator

• Teacher Support and Mentorship:Providing guidance and support to primary teachers, including mentoring new teachers, facilitating professional development, and sharing best practices.
• Student Support and Guidance:Assisting students with course selection, academic requirements, and providing support for their academic and social-emotional growth.
• Administrative Coordination:Managing schedules, organizing events, and ensuring smooth operation of the primary school's academic programs.
• Communication and Collaboration:Serving as a liaison between teachers, parents, administrators, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Assessment and Evaluation:Assisting in the development and implementation of assessment strategies, analyzing student performance data, and providing feedback to teachers.
• Strong Educational Background:A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is typically required.
• Experience as a Coordinator: Prior experience as a primary school coordinator
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:The ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators is crucial.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Leadership and Mentoring Skills:The ability to lead and mentor teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
