Pricing Executive- NVOCC/ Forwarding

We are seeking a dynamic Sr./Jr. Pricing Executive with experience in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding . The candidate will be responsible for obtaining and negotiating competitive freight rates from shipping lines, co-loaders, and agents, preparing quotations for customers, and ensuring timely responses to sales and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate sea/air freight rates with carriers and agents.
• Prepare and share competitive quotations with clients and sales teams.
• Maintain rate sheets and update pricing database regularly.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and liners for routing and rate approvals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor rates to ensure pricing competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in NVOCC or freight forwarding pricing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
• Good understanding of trade routes, INCOTERMS, and shipping documentation.
