Shift Timings: Night shift — India local time 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (to align with U.S. business hours)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Pricing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry, specifically handling USA sector shipments. The ideal candidate should be confident in coordinating with clients and agents to obtain competitive freight rates for both Air Freight and Sea Freight (FCL & LCL) shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pricing and quotations for import shipments from the USA sector.
• Coordinate with WCA and JCtrans agents to source the most competitive freight rates.
• Respond to sales persons quotation requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong communication with sales team and agents through email and calls.
• Support the Dubai front office team with accurate and timely pricing information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in pricing within the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of Air Freight and Sea Freight (FCL & LCL) pricing.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in handling USA sector shipments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Good knowledge of freight agent networks such as WCA and JCtrans
