2. Labour Management In Coordination with Human Resources Department- Continual Up Gradation of Labour Skills
3.Meet Schedules in Timely Manner
4. Create Inventory
5. LEAN Management
6. Implement FIFO
7. Should be able to Plan Production as per the Customer Schedules and Priorities.
8. Ensure Implementation of "5S" on Shop Floor
Should have Full Time - Press Shop Work Experience - In Similar - Tier-1 or Tier-2 Automotive Sheet Metal Component/Welded Sub Assemblies Manufacturing Industry
