Preservation Coordinator Responsibilities: • Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following all company procedures and legal guidelines. • Coordinate and oversee timely completion of property inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs. • Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism. • Oversee property clean-out and debris removal. • Manage lawn maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping, to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations. • Coordinate winterization services to protect vacant properties from weather damage during cold seasons. • Ensure completion of other life safety and preservation measures as needed (e.g., board-up services, plumbing shut-off). • Track and document all preservation activities for each property. • Collaborate with asset managers other departments to ensure a smooth transition when properties are ready for listing and sale. • Maintain accurate and complete records for all REO properties under your purview. Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures. • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments. • Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on timely completion of tasks. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications
