Preservation Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following all company procedures and legal guidelines. Coordinate and oversee timely completion of property inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs. Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism. Oversee property clean-out and debris removal. Manage lawn maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping, to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations.
