Role Description

Lead and supervise day-to-day preschool activities

Take active classes for children (ages 2.5–5 years)

Support and guide teachers and support staff

Ensure curriculum implementation, safety, and hygiene standards

Maintain communication with parents as needed

Plan small events, celebrations, and creative activities

Qualifications

Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills

Experience in Early Childhood Education

Strong Communication skills

Kindergarten teaching experience

Patience and understanding of child development

Creativity and flexibility in teaching methods

Ability to work well in a team

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Minimum 2–3 years of preschool teaching experience
