Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curricula, engaging with students, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Create individualized learning plans for students requiring early intervention or additional support.
• Organize classroom activities that promote social skills, math concepts, and overall child welfare.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies and early intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with private school settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and colleagues.
