Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher at Kids Kingdom (Bellandur), your role is crucial in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include: - Classroom Management: - Creating a nurturing environment and ensuring children's records are updated. - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for children. - Updating display boards with children's work. - Ensuring children's belongings are neatly stored and packed daily. - Leading meal arrangements on time. - Learning Engagement: - Adhering to KKPS annual planner and executing monthly planners. - Adjusting lesson plans based on children's needs and interests. - Providing diverse learning environments as per the EYFS curriculum. - Encouraging children to explore, participate in activities, and develop curiosity. - Using various teaching aids and tools to enhance children's skills. - Keeping records of each child's learning and milestones. - Health & Safety Compliance: - Conducting risk assessments for classrooms. - Ensuring proper adult supervision ratios. - Maintaining hygienic and safe conditions for children. - Promptly attending to children's washroom practices. - Communicating with parents: - Providing daily updates on children's activities. - Using a parent communication app as per guidelines. - Encouraging parent involvement in school events. - Conducting regular meetings with parents to discuss child's progress. - Additional Responsibilities: - Coordinating and participating in school events. - Assisting in preparing center displays. - Providing substitute assistance when needed. Qualifications Required: - 10+2 with a certification in Early Childhood Education or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT). - Graduation in any discipline. - First Aid and CPR Certification (optional). Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Preschool setting. Skills Needed: - Patient, nurturing, and love for working with children. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Mobile and social media savvy. - Basic MS-Office skills for developing planners. - Ability to come up with engaging teaching methods. - Creativity in preparing display boards and decorations. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain energy levels throughout the day. - Disciplined and well-groomed. Distance to workplace: 1 to 8 Uniform: Comfortable wearing a uniform Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (Depending upon experience and last salary) This is a full-time onsite role located at Kids Kingdom (Bellandur) where your dedication and passion for nurturing young minds will be valued and appreciated.,
