Preschool Teacher

Job Title: Preschool Teacher Location: Dollars Colony, Bangalore Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month Experience: 1–3 years Gender: Female Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM; Half-day on Saturdays Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) Certification in ECCEd, NTT, or Montessori from a recognized institute Fluency in English (spoken and written) Proficiency in classroom management and early childhood education methodologies Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Utilize Montessori materials and teaching methods to foster a stimulating learning environment Assess and document each child's progress, providing individualized support as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom conducive to learning Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and progress Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and execute school events and activities Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Require Only Female Candidate Work Location: In person
