Preschool Content Developer

Job Summary : Preschool Content Creator
· Curriculum Design: Develop lesson plans, activity sheets, DIY and learning modules tailored to preschool learners. Design and create engaging, age-appropriate educational materials and activities for the 1-6 years, age group.

· Curriculum Planning: Write detailed curriculum plans yearly, monthly and weekly

· Content Creation: Create stories, songs, games, worksheets, and interactive activities that build early literacy, numeracy, motor, general knowledge and social-emotional skills. Align content with developmental milestones, educational standards and playful learning activities. based on NEP 2020 & NCF 2022-23

· Alignment with Standards: Ensure content matches early childhood education standards and developmental guidelines (NEP 2020 & NCF 2022-23)

· Design Assessment Tools: Design simple evaluation methods to track a child's learning progress (e.g., checklists, observation templates, report-cards, rubrics, etc.)

· Research-Based Approach: Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into content.

· Customization: Adapt materials for different age groups, learning needs, and cultural contexts.

· Collaboration: Work closely with designers to ensure content is both educational and developmentally appropriate.

Key skills:

· Educational Background: Graduate from any stream / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development diploma, Montessori Diploma or a related field / An understanding of preschool education.

· Content Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, simple, and engaging content for young children.

· Creativity: Strong creative thinking to design fun, imaginative, and meaningful learning experiences.

· Digital Literacy: Familiarity with basic design tools & educational software, MS OFFICE

· Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and appropriateness in both language and concepts. Be flexible to adapt to changes in the preschool field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
