In the role of Pre-Sales Manager within the Luxury Vertical at AT NB Builder Channel, you will be the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget for luxury properties over calls and coordinate site visits to showcase our exclusive luxury properties. Your role plays a pivotal part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients over calls to gather their preferences, requirements, and budget for luxury properties. - Ask detailed questions to collect all necessary information for matching clients with suitable property options. - Arrange and schedule site visits for clients to view luxury properties. - Coordinate with the sales team and property managers to ensure properties are prepared for viewing. - Provide clients with all necessary details and logistics for their site visits. - Consistently follow up with clients to maintain engagement and facilitate the progression of leads through the sales funnel. - Organize and prioritize leads to ensure timely site visits and client meetings. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system. - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service. - Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury real estate market and provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis and property values. - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster referrals and repeat business. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Experience in a pre-sales, customer service, or sales support role, preferably within the luxury real estate industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,
