Job Description: AVP/VP Business Solutions 1) Collaborate with customers (internal as well as external) to assess their business processes, identify outsourcing opportunities and define the associated roadmaps/business objectives. 2) Develop comprehensive BPO solutions that address customer needs (both RFP and proactive pitch) including location strategy, delivery/ramp-up plan, support team plans, governance strategy, process optimisation roadmap, technology integration and overall performance metrics management/plan 3) Coordinate and leverage cross functional teams to execute the defined BPO solution/project and manage overall governance. 4) Serve as the point of contact for customers for providing solutions , providing regular updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle and have win win situation. 5) Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the said delivered BPO solution and drive improvement opportunities. 6) Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities for BPO services and support proposal development process. 7) Deep domain understanding of Travel, Leisure, Collections, Telecom and Product support. 8) Areas of specialisation include Gap Analysis, Solution architect, Digital and Robotics led process transformation and transition support. REQUIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE graduation must or MBA is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in project management, solution development, and process optimization are advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business processes, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, internal teams, and senior executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
