As a full-time on-site Presales SAP & Solution Architect based in Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, conduct thorough needs analysis, and deliver customized SAP solutions. This role entails creating demos and presentations, providing consulting services, and assisting the sales team in customer interactions with your technical expertise. Collaboration with various departments will be crucial to ensure a smooth SAP implementation and integration process for our clients. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills will be essential for successful client interactions. Prior experience in consulting and presales activities is desired to guide clients through their digital transformation journey. Proficiency in SAP systems and familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA will be highly beneficial. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment will play a pivotal role in your success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position.
