Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Maintain JIRA dashboards, reports, and workflows to track
RFP
/ sales lifecycle, presales pipeline, resource allocation, and productivity metrics.
Develop Power BI or equivalent dashboards to provide insights on win/loss trends, proposal velocity, and presales performance KPIs.
Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency across presales systems.

Presentation & Documentation Excellence

Create, refine, and standardize PowerPoint decks for proposals, executive briefings, and RFP submissions.
Support the team with high-quality templates, visualizations, and storyline structuring.

Administrative & Enablement Support

Support presales governance meetings with updated data packs and insights.
Assist in onboarding new presales team members into workflows, tools, and repositories.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of experience in BI, sales operations, presales operations, or similar analytical support roles.

Strong expertise in JIRA dashboards, filters, workflows, and administration.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably Power BI/Tableau.
Experience working in IT consulting, technology services, or a B2B enterprise environment.
Excellent attention to detail, data discipline, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency and precision.
