Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Presales Manager - PropCare. The Presales Manager will be responsible for managing the presales process, assisting with client consulting, coordinating sales efforts, managing project integration, and overseeing the delivery of projects. The role involves substantial interaction with clients to ensure their property management needs are met effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
