The company operates on an Aggregate, Control & Transact Model to connect with landlords, property owners, and developers online. With over 10 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory, Valion P.R.E.F.O. has built a strong client base and made significant investments. As a Presales Manager at Propcare in Gurugram, your role will involve consulting, sales, presales activities, project management, and integration tasks on a daily basis. You will need to utilize your consulting and project management skills, along with your sales and presales experience to excel in this position. Strong integration capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success. Any knowledge of Real Estate industry practices would be an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for this full-time on-site role.,
