As a Presales Executive, your role involves conducting outbound calls to a database of prospective customers to identify their needs, qualify them, and create a sales pipeline for the next steps. Your responsibilities will include timely follow-ups with prospects, ensuring each enquiry either progresses or is removed from the sales process. Meeting and exceeding targets for generated site visits is crucial, along with staying updated on our offerings and competition. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Additionally, your role may require participation in events, conferences, and project launches.
