Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking and outreach efforts. Client Management: Interact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable property options. Market Analysis: Conduct through research on market trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Presentation Support: Prepare presentations and sales materials for property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and compelling. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insight from client interactions. Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, interaction and follow-up tasks. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and assist in converting them to clients.
