Presales Executive (Tele Sales)

As a Presales Executive, your role will involve conducting outbound calls to a database of prospective customers. You will be responsible for identifying their needs, qualifying them, and creating a pipeline for the next steps in the sales process. Timely follow-ups with prospects will be crucial to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead or is dropped from the sales process. Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It is essential to keep up to date with our offerings as well as the competition. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM will be part of your daily tasks. You may also be required to participate in events, conferences, and project launches when necessary.
