Job Description:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive – Presales
Responsibilities:
· Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Company’s projects
· Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.
· Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.
· Following up the leads on daily basis.
· Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Attributes:
· Excellent verbal communication,
· Flexible to work on weekends
· Ability to work in a high demanding sales environment
Experience:
· 1-5 years of experience
