Job Title: Presales Executive

Role Overview:
You will receive leads from marketing, call parents/students to schedule free trial classes, ensure they attend, and maintain proper follow-up and data records.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to schedule free trial classes
Ensuring students attend the scheduled class
Maintaining follow-up data and lead status in Google Sheets
Coordinating via email, Google Calendar & WhatsApp
Requirements:
Good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (emails, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp)
Comfortable with outbound calling
Organised and good at follow-ups
Work Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 10 AM – 7 PM (Work From Office, Pune)
Sat–Sun: Work From Home
One fixed weekday off between Mon–Fri (your choice)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
