Presales Executive

Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive Company: Just Creative Designs – Interior Designing Company Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and confident Pre Sales Executive to join our interior design team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, sharing our design services, and generating qualified leads for the design consultation team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients enquiring about interior design services. Explain our services clearly and professionally over the phone. Identify client requirements and qualify leads for interior design consultations. Share brochures, portfolios, and service details via WhatsApp/email. Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales/design team. Maintain lead status using Excel or CRM tools. Follow up with interested leads regularly to keep them engaged. Coordinate with the design team for pre-sales activities like sample sharing or virtual presentations. Build strong client relationships through prompt and professional communication. Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in presales/telesales/customer service (interior design industry preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (added advantage). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. 6+ months experience in BPO Basic understanding of interior design services (training will be provided). Good in follow-ups and building customer trust. Working knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email handling. Educational Qualification:Preferred: Graduate in B.Com, BA, BCA, BBA Full Time MBA , BE, B Tech BTech and MBA Freshers are not applicable
