This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Premium Saree Retail Expert. The role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining extensive product knowledge about our sarees. The expert will also be responsible for retail sales, assisting customers in their purchase decisions, and enhancing their in-store experience. The ideal candidate for this role should possess Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills, Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers are essential. A strong interest in traditional handwoven sarees and sustainable fashion is highly preferred. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in fashion retail is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields would be advantageous.,
