Role Overview: As a Personal Banking Service Executive (PSE) at HSBC, your primary responsibility will be to implement the TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles in your interactions with customers. You will play a key role in ensuring effective delivery of branch customer interface functions, focusing on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
