About the Role

Preferred Relationship Manager (PRM)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance the portfolio of Preferred Banking customers through relationship building and superior service.
Act as a trusted financial advisor by identifying client needs and offering customized banking and wealth management solutions.
Cross-sell a wide range of products including loans, insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and other financial services.
Ensure consistent growth of customer portfolio while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Achieve sales and revenue targets by driving business opportunities from both existing and new clients.
Maintain compliance with bank policies, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent client relationship management
Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
Sound knowledge of banking & financial products
Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
Experience:
28 years in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Relationship Management
Prior experience handling HNI or Preferred Banking customers will be an added advantage.
