Job Description

Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using
Tekla Structures
for commercial and industrial building projects.

Prepare comprehensive
shop drawings, GA drawings, and reinforcement details
for precast and structural elements.

developing models for walls, beams, columns, panels,
rebar detailing
(including precise details on bends, hooks, and other end treatments) and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with BIM

tools ;
Revit and Tekla
Structures

experience of handling Canadian and USA region projects

experience range dedicated to precast structures of minimum
12 to 20years
.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of design intent and construction feasibility.

Apply industry standards and project specifications to ensure model accuracy and drafting quality.

Support the engineering team in
precast layout planning, connection detailing, and quantity take-offs
.

Identify and resolve modeling clashes and constructability issues during the design phase.
