Precast BIM Modeler

Experience :- 3 to 10 Years

Job Description :-

• Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models for precast and structural elements using Autodesk Revit.
• Lead and coordinate with BIM Leads, Structural Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams to ensure full design integration.
• Review and validate Revit models and shop drawings prepared by junior modellers and detailers.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and QA/QC requirements.
• Manage model revisions, updates, and version control throughout all project stages.
• Generate shop drawings, layouts, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Revit and Navisworks.
• Provide technical support and training to junior BIM team members.
• Collaborate with the production, design, and site teams to address constructability and coordination issues.
• Support the implementation of BIM automation tools and model optimization workflows and Impact Precast for shop drawing automation

Key Requirements

Minimum 3+ years into Revit, BIM , Precast.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
