Technical consulting, Business development, Pre Sales Solutioning for delivery fulfilment and workforce planning, including optimal bench resources across all Semiconductor clients/projects in India and supporting teams in Southeast Asia and USA. Handle a revenue portfolio of US $20M+ via Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, Cluster model and ODCs with an eye on increasing revenue and EBITDA. Lead a team of 500+ Engineers in Silicon Validation, Practice Heads, Account Management, Project Managers, Technical Leads, Operations Head, and TA team.
