Experience: 2+ Years Location: Pune, Kharadi Engineer (Design & Modelling) : CAD Optimization & Simulation Specialist Role: Refining, optimizing, and preparing CAD models for high-fidelity simulations. Cleaning CAD data, setting up physics properties, and ensuring accurate collision detection to enhance the realism of digital twin environments. Develop Python/C++ scripts to automate CAD processing, asset conversions, and simulation optimizations. Work with Omniverse Integration Specialists to ensure seamless CAD-to-simulation pipelines. Process and refine CAD data to ensure clean topology, optimized geometry, and minimal computational overhead. Convert and prepare CAD models for simulation environments like NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim. Ensure proper material properties, textures, and metadata assignment for accurate visual representation. Core competencies : USD, CAD Optimization, Simulation, Python, C++, Omniverse API, Warehouse Logistics, AI Integration, Physics, Collision Detection, NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blender, USD Qualification - M.
